I wouldn’t recommend them for anything. I had an appointment from12:30 /1:30pm for my suv to be pick up. They confirmed. Never showed up. The first time I called at 2:15 pm they were running behind. Okay at 4:15 pm now they are in an accident . No one called or came. I called a different company came first thing in the morning.
These folks are awesome. I was getting rid of a car I had in my driveway via an online company and Kaars was the local company who came to get it. I know how crazy the salvage business can get but these guys were top notch. Folks in the office were great with very good communication and the driver was courteous, quick and professional. I highly recommend. Thanks again guys!
When I booked an appointment for pickup at noon, it was obviously my expectation they’d show up at noon. Zero calls or updates so I called at 12:30pm and they said they’re “coming to me next.” Then when that didn’t happen I called at about 3pm nd they said they’d be here between 4 and 5pm. It’s 6 o clock now and I have received no calls or communication. I took off work for this. Thanks for wasting my time!
So I was connected with Kaars to get rid of my junk car. They reached out to me and said someone would be picking up my car in an hour. After waiting for over two hours, I called to see if everything was okay and was told the tow truck was having problems and could we reschedule. Didn’t reach out to me to let me know this information. I said okay let’s plan for the next day. I told the man morning was best and he said we’ll plan on a pick up in the morning and he’d call to let me know when the driver was on his way. I didn’t hear anything. Decided to call at 10:30 and was asked if I’d be available between 11-4, and after saying yes was told that I’d be called when someone was on the way. Never called, never showed up. Was lied to and completely wasted my time. Don’t waste yours. Find someone else.
These guys were very professional, kept me informed, and paid a fair price for my car – 25% better than the second highest.
I’d use them again and recommend them as well!
