Picked up a 1jzgte from them last year and was a good motor. Yesterday I picked up a sohc Saturn motor and found that the motor is rusted inside from sitting OUTSIDE. It’s not just surface rust. It’s deep on the cam lobes. I called and tried to work with them, I really didn’t want to believe all the bad reviews and wanted to continue to do business with them. I got the run around. I got ripped off. I was willing to work with them. They just want their quick buck. The warranty doesn’t mean anything. I asked for a different head and they “don’t have any”.

I purchased a door for my vehicle and needed a particular color. I found the door on the internet and they said they have the door. I thought when I went to pick it up there would be some sort of issue but everything worked out perfect. In and out in a few minutes and the door looks great!

Asked nicely to double check that they had a working compressor since I drive an hour there each time. Got there, couldnt find the compressor so they took a different one off, guy claims “brand new”, sure but looks like they smashed it with a hammer trying to take it off so the clutch was grinding against the pulley. Went to exchange next day for a older compressor, again driving an hour, this one turns good but the wires are cut. This place is garbage not recycling.

My husband called beforehand for a passenger door for our car and I went in the next day to check it out. Man I wish I hadn’t. I went in and everyone was moderately nice and I asked to see the door first before considering buying it (which is common sense because I wanted it to match my car and see if there are any differences or big scratches). After waiting for about 20 mins outside since inside its a bit uncomfortable to stay there because I went by myself as a woman with my teenage daughter. Afterwards they came to show us the door and we suspected that it wasn’t the same color as our car (which we drove to the place). Same man from the office came outside with us and saw our car and saw the door. The man swore and promised that it was the same color and a perfect match for our car. I called my husband and I decided not to get it that day. While I was on the phone with him, they left with the door. Then I proceeded to go inside to say sorry but I wasn’t going to get the door. The man that came outside literally tried to make us feel guilty for spending up their time. He said and I quote “Really? After we get it from the top of the pile?” I’m sorry but I didn’t like the door. What was I supposed to do? Buy something I’m not satisfied with just because you were doing YOUR JOB and getting the door for me to see? The older man at the office was super rude and when I tried to be polite and apologize, he quickly dismissed me and shooed me with his hand. Days later, my husband went to buy it after some careful thinking from his part. The door the man SWORE and PROMISED that was the perfect color match, ended up being a different color than our car. Super unprofessional place, rude, and lying establishment. Do not come here and trust these people like we did. Will not recommend to others.
