To anyone reading reviews, some reviews are ugly. These folks have to work hard in a dirty yard to find parts. Yes it takes them a bit long some times; however, it it worth it? Yes, the people make an effort in an industry that is generally rude. The cashier is nice and the people answering the phone might be busy but they take time to help and actually helped me find a yard that had my used part. Give them a shot. They are nice people. Thank you for your help over the years.
NEVER GO HERE!!!! these mfks STOLE my new tires. Was left there for THREE months to repair and my car is still having issues. If you dont want to get scammed DONT GO HERE
Worst place every. Took vehicle to change to a new motor they stated it was going to be ready in 2 weeks and it took 2 months apparently vehicle ready in 5 weeks went to pick it up and car didn’t turn on and said it was the battery which I had recently purchased but unfortunately I had to buy one there with the them since I am from Brownsville. Couple of days later car started heating up had to pay toll truck (on my own expense) back to them which once again took forever with no updates. I had to keep calling to find out if it was ready. When I finally went to pick my vehicle they once said i needed a battery I told them just bought one with them and they said oh ok it has warranty then and gave me a new one one guy said they probably left the vehicle on and the battery drain. I continue to have issues with my vehicle but there is no way I will ever take my vehicle there and it end up it was the timing that was placed wrong and have to pay again. PLEASE DON’T TAKE YOUR VEHICLE THERE!!! . I CAN ASSURE YOU YOU WILL REGRET IT.
Rude service by both the clerk and the cashier. Part are in general more expensive than other places. You pay first so if you get tired of waiting you’re stuck. Your best bet is to look somewhere else first and leave this place as a last resort. Is always a good idea to call ahead first and if they have your part, ask if they can pull it for you so you don’t have to wait so long. Nice big and clean place.
