Were involved in a traffic collision in Fraziers Bottom while our our way back to Illinois at around midnight. Four people on the side of I35, in the dark, nothing in sight. James responded to the scene, and after loading our car onto the flatbed, told us he wouldn’t leave until we figured out how to get to a hotel. Great customer service in the middle of the night.
Scam artists. Wanted to charge for special equipment and 2 people to tow a running and driving vehicle about a mile. I question their competence when it took 3 people to do front brakes on one side of their truck while I was there.
Towed my truck after an accident fine, however, when I went there the next morning to get my tools and equipment out one of their employes was parked next to my truck. He left when I got there. Guess what, nothing of any value left in truck.
Mike, the owner of C&G Towing, was very easy to get along with and helped me out by lowering the price to get my car out.
So thankful C and G Towing came right out and towed my vehicle in for me.Next day I called them they let me come and get my stuff out of vehicle it was Christmas Eve.
