Has to be one of the worst mechanics I’ve ever met. On top of that, has to be one of the most unprofessional shops I’ve ever seen.
I dropped off the car for what was hopefully going to be a 1-2 week job, took 5 months… And when I got my car back, the same old problem was still present, couldn’t get my money back, and Millard couldn’t uphold his end of the bargain to fix what he assured me he could fix. He didn’t do any of the scope of work that he laid out beforehand and I’ve been totally ripped off.
Never shake his hand unless it’s after writing on paper.
