Purchased wheel and rim on 8/31 near end of day. Was told that I had 3 days to return it.

The wheel didn’t fit my car, so I went back on 9/1 to return it. They said they couldn’t do a return without the receipt, which I left at home. So, I swapped that one out for another wheel and tire. That wheel fit better, but still not great.

On 9/2, I ended up getting another wheel from elsewhere, so I called at 5:20pm to see if I could come in to return the wheel and tire. No one answered the phone, so I hung up after about 10 or more rings.

I went in on 9/3 (today) with receipt to return the wheel and tire. I was at first told that I might not be able to return it, even though it was clearly within the 3 day period I was first told. I was then told, for the first time, that I’d get store credit for the tire. I got my money back for the wheel, and store credit for the tire.

Their receipt said they inspect the tires for obvious damage. The tire I got on 9/1 had very obvious large parts of the sidewall and tread gouged out enough to see exposed metal reinforcement in the tire. I didn’t care, since I just wanted a replacement wheel, but it looks like this goes against their own policy.

Their sliding glass door sensors near the front are broken, with handwritten signs saying to pull them open yourself. It looks like the signs have been there awhile. Still had to manually open them from 8/31 to 9/3.

The staff were cold at best, and downright rude to multiple customers at worst. I know it’s a junkyard, but I’ve been working on cars for over 15 years, and haven’t gotten customer service this bad from this or any other junkyard up to now.

Unless you’re really strapped for cash and can’t find a better price elsewhere, I don’t recommend going here.

A female staff member accused me of stealing my own core part. I walked in, electronically checked in then proceeded to the Check-In counter where myself and the gentleman ahead of me waited 4-5 minutes until the staff member instructed us to come around the the Check-Out counter to check in. After she checked him in, I walked up to the counter with a small bag of tools and my alternator core part. She collected my $1, stamped my hand then went back to flipping through her phone which is probably why she didn’t notice me walk into the yard with my bag of tools and my core part. After being unable to find a usable replacement alternator, I was walking out and she said “Uh Sir, Are you serious trying to just walk out with a alternator?” I replied “This is my alternator! I walked in with it. You checked me in stamped my hand and then I went into the yard!” Instead of admitting fault, she responded with “From now on, no parts in the yard and if you have a bag of tools you have to sit them on this counter so I can inspect it first!” Worst customer experience ever! From now on, I won’t be bringing my business to that location!

Front desk lady was very rude about my niece coming in with my boyfriend. She only wanted to get experience working on cars. The lady didn’t have to literally tell her “get out I know you’re not 16”.

Always buying parts. Decent place. 3 month ago bought set of 4 tire and returned it. Got $176 store credit on receipt not on a card. I have a nice and clear picture of it on my phone. And I can’t use it. Because of the company policy. Even I print it. Still I can’t use it. It has to be the receipt itself. Speak with the manager ( Jonio) still the company policy. Keep your return credit receipt safe you can because of the company policy.

Have tons of cars, usually find about anything you need! Also you can purchase extended warranties! Awesome place!
