We were in the process of buying a part when the customer service representative decided to inform us that the amount we had been billed on our credit card would be refunded. Even though it had already processed so it was quite the shock. We were told we needed to open up a PayPal account and pay through it. The representative sent us the link and we immediately proceeded to comply. Somehow while purchasing this part it got sold TO SOMEONE ELSE.
I cannot say enough good things about Ruben. We had a 2012 Civic Hybrid that had a failed IGBT for the IMA inverter. Ruben bent over backwards and spent a lot of time to find the correct part and make sure I was taken care of. I would guess he had few hours of his time taken up during the process including several calls from me to confirm we were getting the correct part. The part arrived when he said it would and worked flawlessly. I am proud to have him and his team on my side.

Prices are decent but the customer service is horrible. CS desks are right in the front but nobody looks at you. Front desk has been empty for 30 minutes, one rep wont stop singing songs by Areo Speedwagon and Ive been waiting for almost an hour for a 3rd brake light that I called and gave a 30 minute heads up that i was coming to get. Price is the only reason to come here.
Fenix parts has a vast inventory, they either have had the parts that I need or they have been able to get them. The sales people are very experienced and helpful.
