Such a good place if you are looking for fixing your car in your own. I bought some parts there and they are working properly

From my first interactions with them the service was a bit unreliable. Their web site database is inaccurate and they don’t keep good tabs on their parts. I called them to see if, and make sure, they had the part I needed. I was told they did. When I arrived they were friendly and helpful, but when I got to the spot they told me the part was, it wasn’t there. An employee helped me find it but never explained to me that them helping me would include a charge.
The part was slightly dented but it was the only one I could find in the springs. I purchased it and brought it home. Later I found I didn’t need it. Which is fine. They won’t however, refund my return on an unused part because it’s been over thirty days since purchase. This detail was not explained well from them. Overall an unpleasant experience. Wasted time and money.

After dealing with rude staff after rude staff I called ABC and oh my gosh!!! They were so incredibly kind to me and answered every question I had, and not only this but you genuinely just feel like these people care about you. OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!!!!!! Go here for any car need you have.

I went back for new tires.
I got a great price on the tires so I bought them.
The tires needed to be ordered and that was not a big deal.
After work the staff loaded the tires in my car and off I went.
I have recommended this place to several people who bought from ABC and have all given me positive feedback.
I highly recommend you call and speak with ABC.
By the way, the new building is nice, clean and well lit.

Anytime I need parts this is now my go to place.

We had a wonderful experience at ABC. The seat belt broke in my husband’s pickup, and Bill was extremely kind and helpful in finding a replacement. We bought it at a very reasonable price, installed it and we are very satisfied! Thank you Bill!
