I had an interesting experience selling my 1998 For Expedition here. It had thrown a rod in the motor. It was not worth getting it fixed.
I had my friends who helped me do this. They had their little girl with them. While the gentleman was helping me my friend asked if his little girl could go to the Bathroom. He said, “no”. I said, “are you serious you are not letting a little girl use your restroom. He again said no.
We went back into the office and I asked him. Are you the boss? He said he wished. Then he got a great big grin on his face and asked why I asked him if he was the boss. I said well because I write reviews and I have several people read my reviews. He just said oh, okay and went back to the computer.
This whole time a lady had been in the office working behind the gentleman coworker.
She exits the office and comes up to me and stated. I am the manager is there an issue here. I told her that I understand that the company can’t just let anyone come in and use their bathroom but where as I am a customer with a little girl who is with me. She is very upset because she is unable to use the restroom. To me this is not acceptable. I wish I could remember the Lady Managers Name.
She was amazing and horrified that her coworker had not allowed this. She even offered to go get the little girl and take her to the restroom herself.
She is a very worthwhile manager and the company is lucky to have her.
The place was clean, orderly and the workers looked happy.
I definently recommend this place and if you do have an issue make sure to speak to the Lady Manager she made the whole rest of my day wonderful.
I hope she reads this so that I again I can tell her thank you very much.

I give them a 5 for inventory, but a 2 for how they charge to much and for parts that shouldn’t be charged for. They charged me for a pipe that was clearly trash but because I couldn’t pull the sensor out of the pipe I had to pay for it. They also measure every single inch of pieces and charge for every inch which seems extreme. They try to get every single cent from you. They do have great inventory however so take the good with the bad? Don’t forget your normal shoes. Show up in sandals and you’ll be kicked out.

Never been to a wrecking yard were they nickel and dime you for everything. Very petty. I bought a bumper assembly. Should not be charged for evey single piece. Never in all my years had anyone charge for every part of as assembly separately .Good for customer good will to let little things go.
Also asked for a discount for a broken part.I would fix it.Most would just let you have it for free.. Nope full price.Over charged for a part listed on line.
Also lanes are filthy and make it hard to walk. Oil everywhere.Maybe the EPA needs to visit

One cashier told me my bumper cover was 43$ and so I went and took the part off for my car I get to the new cashier and she tells me it’s gonna be 80$!! Because they have to charge for the license plate holder. Which is beveled on to the bumper cover and taking it off would result in the bumper being ruined. She acts like if she doesn’t charge me for the license plate holder it’s going to come out of her paycheck or something. Will not be back.

Went to Ogden store and they tried to charge extra for “switches” in the door molding referring to the window and door lock controls. If this is how the company teaches their employees to rip people off, then I will no longer give them my business.
