Ordered a part never called for pickup, went to check on it and they were not interested in customer service. Went through a local business tog the part, they called Arguelles and the parts were delivered within the hour. Never going back!

Terrible customer service. Tried to purchase a part the associate said they would call me back. They never called back so after a week I called them again. Asked if I could purchase the part. The associate said no. I asked why and the associate said I wouldn’t want to hear the answer. Then proceeded to tell me that I don’t want to hear what the owner has to say either. Then said to stop asking for the part and in an aggressive to said “I’m not going to tell you again” absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

I gave my son a 2014 Optima and he kept putting off his oil change. Well long story short he blew the engine oil stick dry as a bone. Well I was referred to aurgellas by a friend who had great experience. Brandon found a engine, reasonable price and had it at the shop of my choice with no problem. Thanks for everything!
