Zero stars. Paid for a simple, easy to remove part over phone on WEDNESDAY, told it would be ready for pickup by FRIDAY, call Friday morning to be told, by a lazy, rude employee it would hopefully be after lunch.. after entire weekend we call Monday morning to be told the part is there and can come pick it up.. and after an hour drive, with a small child & elderly grandfather, told the part couldn’t be found after previously calling to assure it was ready, but lied to by said lazy employee. After being given the run around for an hour, finally have to demand a refund which we were then told it HAD to be refunded to the card it was purchased with via debit (NOT credit).. when it was asked to be refunded as cash. Now having to wait 2-3 business days for my refund, that has yet to show as pending on account, even though they received their money IMMEDIATELY for a part they probably NEVER EVEN HAD due to the lack of someone simply doing THEIR JOB to start with. This place has security walking around, I’m sure, due to SO MANY ALTERCATIONS CAUSED BY THE MANNER THEY DO BUSINESS. sign on wall even states to take ALL ISSUES to DANNY STRICKLAND, who I almost feel bad for having to deal with the repercussions of other people’s actions, or lack of. Overall total JOKE.

Definitely do not recommend! After 4 months of Hearing “you’ll have your part this week” they “ordered” a new part for us. They ordered the part but refused to pay for it like they said they would. Worst part is the place they ordered the part from doesnt deliver to our business. Very dissatisfied

Most of the people that work here are very pleasent people but honestly iv seen so many good people come and go over the years complaining about the pay the place has pretty much become a free for all and the dude that runs the place seams to be stuck on him self it’s only my oppion but leadership skills are lacking at best theirs been alot of over working of his staff and and a true display of favoritism it seems to have caused a lot of disgruntled employees over the years leaving most of them with no choice other than to just walk off and find a totally different soap opera to go to work for not to mention several accounts of thievery not really a good way to conduct business again this is only my opinion truth to the matter is rich people do not get rich without the support and hard-working participation of loyal employees

I give 5 stars for the customer service. Very courteous and easy to work with. It wasn’t easy to find the spare tire that I was looking for but when I found it, I got the assistance needed quickly. The spare tire was located underneath the vehicle and it could not be lowered without opening the hatchback to access the mechanism and it was a bush button that would not work without battery power and the battery was removed. Within minutes of letting someone know, there was a gentleman bringing a car around with jumper cables to assist and got it open.
If you don’t live in Spring Lake but work on Fort Bragg, it’s a very short drive from post if you have an opportunity to get away from work to see if they have what you’re looking for.

Almost every part you could want. Prices are okay. About half of a new part price. One hiccup happened to me there. I went in at 9am and the cashier told me to come back at 12 and he’d have my part. I went back and the part wasn’t there. He apologised and said come back the next day at 12 and the part would be in. I’ll see tommorow when I go back if he’s a man of his word.
