I’ve taken my truck to this place a few times. The first time I asked them to check my breaks which they changed. It was still squeaking after I left. But because of life and not driving it often, (2004 with 156k miles. Barley drove a hundred miles in a year) I didn’t get a chance to take it back till almost a year later. Which it was still covered, thankfully. I later found that they changed my rear breaks and not my front breaks which didn’t make sense to me because we hardly drive in 4WD. If they both needed to be changed.. they could’ve told me. Instead.. they changed the rear and I had to come back and have the fronts changed on top of the rotors. Being female. I’m not sure if I was getting taking advantage of. Anyways, after dropping my truck off and waiting for a call the next day, I had to call them to get an update only for them to tell me it had been done. This blew my mind. How long had it been sitting there and I had been in town waiting for it to be done till almost closing. Not a completely Terrible place. But I will not go back.
