I’ve been going there for many years amongst 3 vehicles and have been nothing but satisfied with their customer service, availability of parts, quality of parts, and pricing. Allow me to begin by saying that I am not a car guy, I am intimidated at car places sometimes, and my lack of experience has gotten me taken advantage of sometimes. Never once felt this way at Phil’s. If I call and explain my situation and what I need, they will listen, treat me well, and when appropriate offer me good cost effective solutions to my problem which had not occurred to me. In my dealings I have truly felt that my continued business is more important to them than just making a quick sale. I feel comfortable there, I trust them, and they have had what I needed, and gotten me out of quite a few jams. 100% recommend!
