I had a very good experience with this place. Staff was great and did everything to assist that I got the right engine for my truck. The only thing I didn’t like is you don’t get no kind of paperwork showing the mileage of the new motor. Other than that I was very satisfied. They loaded the motor in my truck gave me a used tire for it to sit on and also offered a hand in strapping it down.
Ordered a transmission and they sold us the wrong one. They then exchanged it for the correct part, but did NOT tell us they bought the part from another supplier. The second transmission was bad(no second or third gear) and the only way they will warranty the part is for me to pay labor to remove their bad transmission(again) and bring it back to them along with the receipts. BUYER BEWARE! This is our first and LAST purchase from CASE.
Talked to Taylor on Tuesday morning about a computer for my father in law’s van. He located it and called me back. It was at my shop in NC the next day. Plugged it in and works great. Couldn’t ask for much more.
Never use this company absolutely terrible parts and they do not stand behind what they sell save yourself some time and money buy your parts somewhere else!! Also very rude customer service!
Lies Lies Lies! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS. They took my money and lied about shipping my transmission. Been waiting a week for delivery that never showed up. Very unprofessional
