This place is awesome. I needed a starter for my car. I called and spoke to Diane who provided outstanding customer service. I will always check with H&H for parts before I go to the auto parts stores. $38 bucks for a new starter whereas the stores wanted $299-$350+. I will recommend H&H to all my family and friends…
Even if you can find your part here, recommend you avoid this place. The people that run it, even if they might have momentary lapses of inexplicable decency, seem to think their clientele are all scammers, thieves and other forms of low-lifes. One gets the distinct impression these people have no respect for anyone that buys their scrap and, worse, they seem to get some perverse enjoyment out of the restrictions they force compliance on and the test as to whether or not the little pathetic insects that toil through the adversity of their nonsensical and paranoid rules can still manage to ‘take responsibility for themselves’ and do it without damaging their parts in the process. Never again. One star extra because they had the junk I needed that noone else did. Good on them for that.
Great customer service, couldn’t find the engine I was looking for in their yard but they went out of there way to help me get one and sent to them.

Girl in the front told me that if i made it befor 4:40 that i could come in and get my part that i needed so i halled all the way across town to get told that at 4:40 is when they close so a waist of my time when i could of just gone some where else
Friendly people. The girl in the front desk as you go in the building was friendly. This was my first time there. She explained everything perfectly simple..will be going back.
