I wasn’t their long. I stopped in looking for an upper intake manifold for my 2006 escape xlt. The gentleman I spoke with there said they didn’t have the part I needed and found one for me in PA for a good price. I’m from the Cleveland Ohio area and I got one thing to say…. More people from Ohio need to come down south for extended stays and maybe the over all general politeness and common curtesy and willingness to help others will run off on them and they’ll bring some back to ohio. I was at G & G auto recycling for less than 5 min and I went in happy and left just a happy as I was coming in despite them not having what I needed. To the gentleman there that helped the guy from Ohio thank you very much for finding that part for me. I greatly appreciate it and I hope this review does you well. Thanks again

Went here recently to check on the availability of a used wheel after one of mine was destroyed after my car slid into a curb during a snow storm. Scott and Rafael were extremely courteous and and gave me great customer service. They ended up not having the wheel but
were able to find and recommend a couple of other places that did. I picked up my new used wheel the next day. Will absolutely use G & G again if/when the need arises. Highly recommend their great customer service! Thanks!

Called for a rim. Drove an hour to get there to find they Hadn’t even pulled it. I left to get food and 30 minutes latter was told they dont even have the part. If i could rate in the negative i would. Ive ordered tires to be put on and now am missing a rim.. Thanks alot guys.
