I went in for a spare tire and was welcomed to a 45 minute wait. The explanation was that it was a big salvage yard. I stood and watched while employees talked and laughed. They should have been laughing at their service. I will NEVER patronize this business again!!!!
THERE ARE BETTER PLACES DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I called Saturday to see if they had my part for my Kia. I called Monday and confirmed that they had my part. In total I made three phone calls. One to check for the part, two to confirm the part and i was asked to call back while they checked the price they quoted me saturday and Monday. I went to pick up the part and i was asked if i knew about the deposit. How would I know if you never told me!!? Then the price of the deposit was the same cost as the part $79.50. Then I was told my part wouldn’t be ready for an hour. I said i wait and I wasn’t paying a dime. An hour passed and they asked me to wait another hour and then 30 mins pasted. I started calling other places at this point. After 3 hours of waiting outside and checking still nothing. There attitudes are horrible and the service is horrible!
I called to get the price of a part and the woman on the phone was ridiculously rude. She sounded like she didn’t want to be at work and kept talking over me. I’ll never go here. Get people who have better customer service to answer the phone.
Nice employees. Owner had a difficult time finding the order for which was called in a day in advance
They were able to get my part so I could get back on the road
