This salvage yard isn’t just pick your own parts, they also have a huge inventory of parts already pulled in their warehouse and have some new inventory as well. Just came to pick up a wheel for my 2014 Toyota Corolla and Jackson Auto saved me over $120 compared to prices quoted to me from my dealership & at least $25-45 when compared many other tire shops.
I also came here 5yrs ago to replace wheel covers that were stolen off my vehicle while I was at work. Saved me a good deal of money back then as well.
Customer service was solid. Professional & polite. The owner’s wife was at the front desk and the owner fulfilled my order request himself in person.
I drive out here from Chapel Hill and when K call ahead to make sure they have the part I need, it’s always been worth the trip while running other errands that take me out to Raleigh. I don’t quite understand the low ratings/reviews, but I can only speak to my experiences here which have always been great. Thanks for making sure my ride is road-worthy.

extremely poor customer service. Would not sell me a part I was willing to pay for over the phone and rushed to get me off the phone because she had “a roomful of people” in front of her. Then she hung up on me.
EDIT: There was no shipping involved. I was coming from a half hour away and made that known. I knew the part I needed. I was not willing to come, pay for the part, and then wait for it to be pulled. Every other salvage yard I deal with allows me to prepay then pick up the part when it is ready.

Very helpful. It wasn’t easy locating a rim for our car but Jackson Auto Salvage had one. George walked me through the process and made sure we got the right one. He shipped it as we were too far away to pick up. He followed through with everything. Thank you George!

I been searching for a reasonable rim for a WV Passat a month with no luck It was either costly or out of stock Anyway I was referred here by Classic Performance Automotive Repair Today I called and spoke with Gorge who was quite informational and helpful He looked up the part I needed in their system and confirmed it was in stock Once I arrived there everyone was polite and professional I got immediate assistance and the job done for a decent price within a short period of time I give them a ten and plan to continue business with them if needed in the future Thanks Gorege and Bob
