Well first off if you are a person of color expect to be treated differently! Im sure im not the only one who notices, everytime i go there is a bit of arrogance and rudeness from the 2 guys in the counter my dad has had the same experience and ive seen it first hand while im in there. other than that they do get the job done
They didn’t end up having the part that I needed for my daughter’s 16th birthday car. So that sucked but they did have okay customer service.
I would like to do more business with them but they are usually more expensive than other salvage yards and sometimes more than new stuff online. If I can get free shipping then I usually buy online just because of the cost. I guess if I need it today or tomorrow then I’ll pay more. I got this fender from them for $50.
