The person picking up the car was available to arrive earlier than scheduled and phoned prior to arrival to ensure I would be available for pick up. Greatly appreciated communication.
He arrived as arranged, filled out all paperwork efficiently, reminded me to remove my transponder and paid me the agreed upon price in cash.

The service was excellent. Everyone I dealt with from the company we’re professional & courteous. The truck driver was going to be bit later than I had been told. I received a call informing me of the delay. I was running late & the driver waited for me and was very pleasant. These days it’s so nice to find a company that provides excellent service and has employees that are happy and professional at all levels. I would recommend this company to anyone that is looking to get rid of a vehicle.
I needed to get rid of my old car and when we called the people were extremely nice and helpful. They arrived that same day in less than 4 hours and the driver was incredible. The car wouldn’t start and was in a tight spot. He was very calm and reassuring with me and it took him less than 10 minutes to get the vehicle out and into his truck! I can’t say enough nice things about my whole experience and how professional he was. Thank you!!
The staff was pleasant & professional when I initially called. The staff made the appointment easy & convenient. The driver that showed up was extremely personable and professional. It was a pleasure to watch him improvise his way out of a difficult scenario, that employee (& others) is absolutely an asset to the company. I can only hope that they embrace the clever ingenuity & professionalism of the recovery driver & maybe throw him a little extra (as I did.)
