Not very helpful or friendly staff. They do not assist with diagnostic checks but sell them for the low price of $94. My step dad went into buy one after they declined me and was ignored by the staff upon arrival while they visited with each other, although there was no other customers in the store. If you can, go to Billings.
This place is fantastic. As I came through and emergency needing some antifreeze for my motorhome Mike and the whole crew work extremely helpful. They even called Ford to make sure that I had the right kind of antifreeze. They made sure that I had the right products and was taken care of and didn’t make mistakes along the way when a lot of other places will just sell you the product and move on. Highly recommend this place.
Cannot say enough great things about the people here! We needed mirror extensions to travel through WY with an oversize load. We couldn’t find them anywhere. Although this shop didn’t have any ‘real’ extensions, they used their knowledge & creativity to help us fashion a workable substitute. A couple of mud flap hangers, mirrors, and hardware and we were able satisfy WY’S requirement. Even impressed the state trooper at the scale. Thank you for all your help, guys!
