AA Action Towing Inc at 2511 Kiel Way, North Las Vegas, NV 89030

I called half a dozen tow companies, and for one reason or another, price, timeline, etc with no luck, then I called action and spoke with Chris who was immediately helpful. He set me up with a driver and a great estimate. The driver was on time and very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional, witch is refreshing when you’re having a bad day. Shout out to (Branden truck 56), a true gentleman, you guys are in my contacts. It feels good to know my future towing needs are covered.✌️

This place towed my car after another car was called in by our HOA. The HOA even emailed this company several times explaining they towed the wrong car. They did not care. I still owed them $215.00 by 5:00. The registration they said wasn’t valid although I just bought the car in Dec of 2021. I went through hoops calling insurance, loan officer, etc. Finally after begging for my car another lady offered to get proof from the dmv. The 1st lady, short hair, looks miserable constantly wouldn’t offer to help in any way. She wasted 4 hrs or my day when all she had to do was take 5 mins to do what her coworker did. This company is all about $. Do not take your car here for any reason. Also, avoid the grump in front office at all costs.

I got a flat tire on my company vehicle and the fleet service contacted Pop A Lock Towing to help me change it. Forty minutes later (five minutes before they were scheduled to arrive) Pop A Lock called me to say they wouldnt be able to help me because my truck was too heavy and they didnt have a jack for it. Next came Jovie from Action Towing. Complete class act. He was on time and did the job fast and well even though it had its difficulties. No special jack needed just a hard worker with an awesome attitude. Thanks, Jovie, you just got Action my future business and my personal recommendation!!

We are currently stuck on highway 15 south with a non working vehicle. We called at 0930.
They said they we very busy but could come in 2 hours. Explanation of vehicle, name and phone # given. Was told call in about an hour when they were on their way.
An hour and a half later I called back and was told that because I didn’t give them my credit card # which was NOT asked for during the call, they didn’t have us on the list.
HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION followed by LYING that they asked for credit card information and it was given No such thing happened.
GOING TO TURN THEM IN TO BBB!!!
DON’T USE THEM!!!!

They towed my car the lady I talked to was very rude hung up in my face in mid sentence, did not give me the correct information about the facility and they are trying to make me pay all these fees that they did not mention over the phone after I asked several times, how much I needed to pay. Very unprofessional and every time I ask to talk to someone higher up she says they are going to tell you the same thing there’s no point.
