Can I give B&W Salvage 10 stars? These folks are awesome! My window got busted in Lake City, FL (96 Dodge Ram Van B3500). I got local quotes from $350 + installation + a 3 to 4 day wait period (over Memorial Day) for shipping. They were more than accommodating to my questions, and were also able to find me an exterior trim piece. Call them even if you’re not local. I called on the phone. Gave the man behind the counter my specific part number and he said that he had a few available. I drive almost 2 hours because they said they had the part, and after I get there he is very unhelpful and they indeed do not have the part I need anywhere. Terrible customer service and will say they have what you need when they indeed do not. Never coming back. Go so South Georgia Metals in douglas. They’re very helpful and polite and they actually have what you need.
