I like your place and I like buying used parts as compared to buying at a dealer , you make the world a better place by helping poor people get by. Here is a way I would improve your operation . People are lazy and use the entire lot as a restroom I think an porta john in the middle of the lot would help I also think that you should open at 7 rather than 9 because the place is cooking by 9. When I used to live in LA Ca where water trucks would drive around the lot spraying huge plumes of water to keep the people able to stay longer without cooking.
My mom just got on the phone with this lady that works at the front. We just wanted to see if we could sell my brothers car and the lady was very rude from the beginning. I got on the phone just so I could figure out why we wouldn’t be able to sell the car, just to see what I needed to do to sell the car and right from the start she was absolutely rude. I understand that there are things that she can’t do to have us sell the car but she could be a little bit nicer to people calling in.
I think it’s Biggest used auto parts in ABQ. Gotta use your own tools and pull your own parts, make sure to only take the part you want specifically ,, they will keep adding to the bill. Lol, make sure when it’s five closing, your in the building or else all your hard work of trying to get that part on time will be 100% lost with registers cashed out and closed 100%.. Other then that 5 stars.
Excellent! I can usually find what I’m looking for in this yard but some of the people at the front desk can be rude. Now the fact that they want a cell phone for $80 wheelbarrow instead of an ID is ridiculous. Last time I went the lady demanded that I give her my $1,000 phone that I just gotten so I can use their $75 beating up wheelbarrow. Between that and the rudeness I’d say three stars.
