These people are so rude had me standing there for 10 minutes then to say why are you just standing there what do you need I said man you where tlkin to sumone else so I was waiting for you this guy expected me to just cut in his conversation and tell him what I need man bump this place don’t ever go back
Terrible customer service. Stay away from them
This spot is great only thing I do not like is the service there rude for no reason I purchased a piece and they gave me the wrong part guy said well I’m not giving you another one and practically threw my money back at me. The Secretary whatever she is she was rude as well I was over hearing her talk with another customer and she had a nasty attitude raising her voice when the guy was only talking to her these people need to learn customer service.
Worst business I’ve ever had. I called them on a Friday to come and pick up my shell of a car that I took the engine out of for another car. The lady tells me they can’t be there till Monday to get it but to have the title and everything ready and they’ll cut me a check. Come Monday no one shows so then they come Tuesday to get the car. The driver says to being the title there to get the check. So I do that and these SOBs tell me that they’re only going to give me 20$ for the car. Are you freaking kidding me? All the other parts were there. They knew it had no engine. She tried to say that she just found out that it was gonna be that much for it right before I got there. Mind you I waited 3 days to get it picked up! Then they had the nerve to tell me it was going to be 80 to have it brought back to my house. I was beyond furious! Don’t give your $ to people who are so disrespectful with people’s time and insulting! I will NEVER do business with SNAKES like them again in my life and I will make it a top priority to be sure people know about the unethical business they conduct!! I’d rather keep my title for the engine than let them insult me with such a bogus offer! If I could rate them 0 stars I would. They don’t even deserve 1 star!!
This place is terrible. Workers are completely rude and don’t even give you any assistance. Walked in there and immediately the first guy talking to me was rude to me. If you don’t know anything about cars DON’T go here they’ll just tell you to turn around and walk out the door. They don’t even let you look at the parts or test them out and there’s no refunds. Place is a joke. Don’t waste your time going here.
