It was much better as Cosmo’s. Those derelicts at Fenix are utterly useless. The bumper cover I ordered looked like it was dragged behind the parts truck. The customer service is virtually nonexistent. Last time I order parts from them.

These guys are the best. Always willing to go the extra mile to make sure that you get the right parts the first time. They are very punctual and the parts are there when they say they’ll be there. I normally talk to Ian who is world class, he always goes above and beyond and really cares about his craft. Ian time and time again always provides me with the best customer service. In a business where you don’t always get someone friendly on the phone it’s a nice change of pace for sure.
