My first experience is . I ask if they have inner-tube valve caps (valve stem caps) and get a puzzled look and then the phone rings
and I wait 5 minutes no response as to yes or no.The office girl could have answered but choose to ignore me . I walk out. Most people seem to have good experiences with them ,this was mine.
Friendly very professional I originally scheduled for a windshield replacement but logistics prevented me from having it done I called to cancel and they were very understanding

Walked in told the counter person why I was there. He informed the gal behind the counter to take care of the billing while he went n got my parts. He brought my parts out front n helped load them in the car. I was in n outta there in less than 25mins!
