My son was in a car accident yesterday and Mr G
Brian Gutierrez picked up his vehicle from the scene. Today my son and daughter went to see about picking up the vehicle or having the vehicle totaled. Mr G Brian Gutierrez had them wait all day and when he finally arrived at the place he joked that vehicle was already crushed, then laughed at the look on their faces. I am thankful that my son was not seriously hurt. But I am disgusted that someone who should have some compassion seems to be completely lacking. For this reason I discourage anyone who needs their vehicle towed to call anyone else other than Mr G towing Brian Gutierrez.

Our transmission blew 8 miles from our AirBnB destination in Santa Fe, in the dark morning hours of Thanksgiving day. We barely made it but were able to park, cook & share a meal with our St Johns College student as a family. However we needed to rent a vehicle and towing and salvaging service to take care of our car and get back to CO the next day. Brian from Mr G’s was the only place we cold-called to actually show up when promised. We entrusted him to handle some issues out of state. He kept him promises and did exactly what we had agreed. His integrity keeping his word was priceless when we were in a jam & could’ve easily been ripped off. Respect to Brian as a man of his word. For us, Mr G’s came through when trustworthiness mattered most.
