Extremely rude. Refused to give estimate after asking a bunch of questions about the car, kept trying to get my address and I said I wasn’t comfortable until I got an estimate(but told him Overland Park, he still kept taking for street and address until I said I was uncomfortable), he cut me off several times when I was answering his questions and hung up on me when I gave him grief about taking photos – I just called for an estimate, before I go to the work of emailing u, I’d like to know if it’s worth my time (or his!) – I was willing to provide pics but he hung up on me when I said I wanted a general estimate before emailing him. His loss ♀️
Horrible service. I couldn’t get him to answer a simple question “Do you pay different amounts for different car models?” without quite a struggle.
After our call he texted me the single word “Rude”. I blacklisted him. I’m not thinking his business model is going to work out for him in the long run.
