I had no issues here! I’m not a “car person” so I’ve never been to any salvage yard and was intimidated but needed a new shark fin antenna as mine was knocked off in a car wash. I only needed the cover but went ahead and got the whole part just in case anything more on mine was broken. Sure enough they had it in the right color and got it for me pretty quickly. The gentleman at the counter was very friendly as well – overall definitely happy with my visit!

There are 40 to 50 alternatives to this place. I bet you none of them will sell you the wrong part then adhere to some rigid return policy to deny you even the option to exchange the part. The service at this place is just atrocious.

The manager lied to my face about the status of a battery. I paid $600 for a hybrid battery only for it to fail in 27 days. I was givent the option for a battery or refund, to support the small business I opt for the battery replacement. I was told no problem they will get another battery. Months go by and still no battery. I visited the place again, asked about the battery still no battery. I request a refund he tells me I have to pay an additional 350. I told him no just give me my refund. He refuses to give me my refund. No I’m out $600 and still no battery.

Very friendly office and yard staff! I spend the day there pulling parts for an automatic to manual swap. They let me pull all the smaller stuff and once I was ready, yard staff pulled the transmission.
Pricing was very fair for the entire bundle of parts. Very thankful for their positive attitudes when I was stressing over pulling so many parts!
