The lady on the phone was very nice and helpful, their system seems easy. Only thing I don’t like is they couldn’t give me even a window of time when they could pick up my car. Hopefully won’t be too long as I really need it to be picked up. Will post a final review after my dealings are done.

Terrible tow company. They did not communicate when a tow time was missed resulting in my broken car sitting illegally in the street overnight, they never answered their phones the next morning but instead had a “We open at 8am” message playing over and over well past 11am on a Friday, no call backs after messages we left, no response from their main offices when I tried to find out what was going on. Worst of all they are dishonest- my vanity plates were missing and they swore up and down the plates weren’t on the cat when it was towed. Lies, they found one and the other remain a mystery. To boot the woman I spoke with was hecking rude about the whole plates issue.
Hard to even give them a 1 star horrible service rude gave me number of DAB. 865-4702. In Freeport won’t come to limerick. For a pick up of a vehicle. Horrible customer service.
