I called to order a replacement hood for my 2004 silver nickel Saturn Ion. I specifically mentioned the exact color of my car and asked if they had a hood in stock. They said they did and paid for the part and to have it shipped. When I received the hood it was a dark grey and it did not match my car. Additionally, when they shipped it, it was wrapped in plastic wrap with old dirty tires and placed on a pallet. I called to ask about the color and was told ” you never said you wanted the color to match your car”
Disappointed in the service and that they used me to get rid of their old unwanted tires.

They sell engines and transmissions with supposedly low miles, BEWARE THESE ENGINES AND TRANSMISSIONS HAVE ACTUAL EXTREME HIGH MILES!!!! they just washed them and make them look a bit better. RUN A CARFAX!!! or better yet DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!! I bought an engine with supposedly 46k miles, I didn’t get a VIN of the vehicle it came from till I called like 10 times, ran a carfax and it had 185k miles!!! That’s 140k miles more than what was advertised!!!

Do not buy from them they suppose to charge my card for $350 however this guys have charged the card $2700 when call them they have blocked our number be care full why would charge my card for $2700 when the order form was sent for $350 so you guys are the scammers

Don’t get scammed by Kevin, go elsewhere. We ordered a motor 2 months ago, took 3 weeks to ship it us, a couple states away. Upon delivery we found it had low compression. Was promised a replacement, which never came. Tried calling at least twice daily while we were ghosted by Kevin for 2 weeks. Would not return messages. Finally got him to answer us and he said he didn’t have the replacement motor after all. We asked if we could send it back, he said yes, and would arrange shipping. He has never followed through on it. Also have asked on 4 occasions for a receipt which never came with the motor and he has failed to fax or email it. Once there were problems with the motor, he has conveniently avoided us. It’s been another 2 weeks, and no refund, no good motor, no paperwork. I’m out $600 and have a very unhappy customer who’s been without her car for 2 months. We’ve been patient, and not demanding or rude in our requests, and yes, we know this is a very busy time for all of us. But this is ridiculous. If you read other reviews on here, I’m sure he will deny doing business with us (no receipt ever given to us) and want us to call and work something out. We’ve tried that dozens of times over the last 2 months, and he never follows through. Will never do business with them again, and I suggest you do the same. .

I bought an engine that Kevin had advertised online. I paid the extra $200 for him to ship it to me in St Louis Mo. It showed up a week later the what Kevin told me. When I called and ask about what’s up with the late delivery he blamed it on Speedy delivery. When I call Speedy delivery they blame their Rock City Auto Parts. So Whatever! I discovered that they sent me the wrong engine and brought this to Kevin’s attention and he told me I guess I’ll pay for shipping one way and give your money back. I said okay perfect
I call Speedy and asked how much would delivery. 87.50.. ok. So he did pay for shipping and return my money.
