Just wanted to share my experience. I’ve been looking for a part foe my car for awhile now and I’ve had no luck. I was told about Pull A Part and let me just share that Tisha the receptionist was sooo sweet and amazing! She was very helpfully! I would definitely recommend friends here for their vehicle part needs.
Called on 9/20/22 got a quote for my car was told I’d be on the route that day for pickup, driver has trouble with truck and can’t make it to pick up. So I call and reschedule for the following Monday, called that morning to confirm I was on the route, wait all day for pickup calling to get ETA on drivers arrival dispatch kept assuring me I was still on route. Driver no calls and never shows up. Very displeased with this whole experience.
I just trying to figure out where is the customer service first and last time going to pull a part . The lady scanning the cards when you walk in (taking the money ) is rude . Is Something is wrong with her neck the gestures she was makings wasn’t called for ! ( the attitude wasn’t need ) she needs to work on that ! Customer service is below zero and the way she carried her self and deals with customer is very unprofessional! If you don’t want to work stay home I came for a great experience and just left with a overall bad taste . Will not recommend!
My experience was totally enjoyable. I had been looking for a part on the internet, car parts stores, and other places. I thought about pull a part. I rode out there and picked my part right off the car and went to the checkout. It was less than i thought it would be and i installed it on the car at home in seconds. I will be going back soon to pick more parts. Thank you Pull-A-Part.
