They will rip you off sooner than later! I sent a transporter to pick up the vehicle and the title for the van I purchased from Copart Albuquerque. Title was not available for my transporter. Days later, when I called the auction they told me that they have the title ready, but they will charge me mailing fee. I don’t think this is right! It is not my fault that they had no title ready for my transporter. Another thing, it took couple of calls to reach the office. Unfortunately, I don’t see improvements with Copart corporation regarding customer service. All they care is the corporate earnings. It’s a sad reality…

Employees steal parts from the cars here. 2010 Toyota Prius purchased here was in good condition, only needed a key fob to start. But when I picked it up, engine control module wasn’t there.

This is how the employees of this company will destroy the car you buy at their auction. Damaged front bumper (value of zero usd) that could be attached to the body with for ex. adhesive tape, thrown inside the car, destroying its interior.

Most nonsensical business practice I’ve seen waited in line just to be told to go online to wait, to be put into a que when no one was waiting to be served… 8 employees and about 40 minutes to be served with 3 customers in office
