I called and was able to get in the same day for a diagnostics on my exhaust system. They found my trouble. Told me what needed to be repaired / replaced. They ordered the parts and booked me for the next day for complete fix to my system. The quote came with pictures of the issues which I really liked. I recently started having some problems with how smooth my terrain was riding after hitting a few of those wonderful potholes in Omaha. I got an appointment to have the tires rotated and the brakes checked. Alan and the guys did a thorough check on the vehicle and found that my front struts needed replaced. They went so far as to take pictures to show me what they found and explained everything to me. When they were taking off the front passenger side strut it broke the rest of the way off. They found the problem quickly and had it fixed by mid-afternoon. Great group of guys to work with, very thorough and very nice to work with. Thanks to Alan and his team of mechanics, it saved my vehicle from further damage and my ride is as smooth as could be once again. I recommend House of mufflers and brakes to all my friends.
