We were able to find the part needed for my sister in laws car to have her air conditioner fixed, through Southside. They were very helpful and had the part ready for pick up the day we drove down. They did not charge an arm and a leg for the part either. Over all very satisfied. If we need any other parts we will definitely call them first to see if they have it.

I called this past week needing a window and other parts for the lady to tell me they don’t have a part puller on Saturday. I made it clear I would call sometime Friday when I got a chance which I did. She rudely says, its nearly two o’clock and I don’t think it can be pulled before closing. Well if it takes 3 hours to pull a window then oh are in desperate need of some honest workers! I have now waited 30 minutes on her to call me back and I guess I will do business elsewhere!
