Pretty good place to go for used vehicle parts or if you’ve got a vehicle to junk. Employees are really polite and respectful.
This place is awesome, friendly, fast and quick service. Definitely will purchase parts here again if needed… Thanks, Pickup City and keep up the awesome work. Love it guys
Rude staff. “How can I help you?” Is not in their vocabulary. Part I needed was listed online, but when I asked about it I was told it was still in the vehicle. The employee asked someone on the radio to pull the part. That was the end of the conversation. I waited around 10 minutes, watched a dog urinate on the waiting room floor, and left, fully willing to pay full price for the brand new part I needed. This was my second experience with this shop. My first was similar (minus the dog urine), but I at least got the part I needed.
If I could rate a Zero I would!!!!
Drove 45min to sell them rims even though hey were only going to give 10.00 each. When I got there they asked the manager and he said…
“Yea, I don’t think we’re interested”
They were brand new still in the box. I bought them off line. They were the wrong size for my car and I couldn’t send them back!”
I can’t believe I drove that far for them to say “not interested”
When originally I was told they bought them.
What a Waste if TIME!!!
I will never be back nor will any of my friends or family!
