I broke down around Flatwoods yesterday and was in a bind. I needed to have my vehicle towed back to Hurricane, past Charleston. I called and they gave me a very reasonable rate, and picked up my vehicle within an hour or so of me calling. They took my car to the repair shop that same night. Super friendly and easy to work with. Highly, highly recommend! 5 stars.
Absolutely amazing service! While traveling we experienced a flat tire! We used our road side service, who called Thompson’s Auto! We was given 45 minute window. Thompson’s was there in 15 minutes!! They were so very professional, knowledgeable very friendly ! Absolutely would use them again! I will recommend to my family and friends in the Charleston area!
Matt Thompson to the rescue. After being stranded on the side of the Interstate, Thompson Auto came and provided us with a tow for 70 mile for our broken pickup truck and our camping trailer. He also helped us to find a hotel in our unfamiliar surroundings. He was very helpful and supportive in a very stressful situation. We were grateful that professionals at Thompson’s Auto were there to help.
Blew a tire 400 miles from home. Driver was absolutely amazing. Way above and beyond what was called on. God Bless! Good People! I am confined to a wheelchair. Driver helped me get in the tow truck, took us to a hotel and the took car to tire shop. Just a great experience.
