Called on a Friday to see if they would buy my truck. I told them all that was wrong with it and they quoted me $550. I even repeated the amount back and they agreed. Came to pick it up, loaded it and then wanted to only give me $150 and refused to honor what I was quoted. Immediately had then drop it off the truck and got a better offer elsewhere.

I have never experienced such bad customer service in my life. I won’t even go into detail because it’s waste of time. Only the female employee apologized for my inconvenience of waiting 5 days after a paid for a part that I still never received and had to get a refund. Smdh. I will never go here again or recommend anyone else to shop with them point blank period ………………….
