Amazing service, affordable prices and wonderful staff! They are a great team who will help you find a part if they don’t have it and do everything in their power to make your transaction as smooth as possible. They take great pride in their business (family owned is a plus!) and definitely show it. I recommend them over and over!!

8-26-21 Just wanted to update my review because right is right and wrong is wrong. But Brooke( the owner’s daughter called me after reading this review) apologized profusely and worked on getting the door I wanted delivery to me at no extra cost. The delivery driver was prompt and helpful . Thanks you for making this right. I will contact Brooke directly if I ever need anything.

Total SCAMMMM. I ordered a door from them drove about an hour to pick it up just for it to be the wrong door. Prior to ordering I spoke to Michelle and explained which door I wanted based on their stock online . Prior to pickup I asked to see the door just to make sure. When the associate brought me out to the yard it was the wrong door . I then went back into the office just to get the run around that my door was no longer available. Luckily they did have one in west palm beach and would be able to have their delivery driver deliver it to me after picking up. I did ask for pictures so that I can verify that this door would work… this all happened on a Friday . They said they would call me with pictures of that door on Monday. Around 4 pm I called and spoke to Michelle who said she never received the the pictures from her West Palm Beach location but her driver would send them prior to delivery on Tuesday. On Tuesday afternoon she said the door had already been pickup and the driver was heading back to warehouse so she couldn’t get pictures. On WEDNESDAY, I asked for pictures of the door. She says oh your door wasn’t ready so they didn’t pick it up. How do we go from its in the truck to now it was never picked up . MICHELLE then said the door was being picked up on THURSDAY,. Thursday afternoon I called around 4….side note …every time I need an update I would have to call even though Michelle did say she would call me … never happened. Back to Thursday afternoon… I called and she picks up the phone laughing saying hi Daniel…whoever that is .. I said my name and she apologized and just says im going to have to refund you your money… they hit your door with a forklift….like seriously come up with a better excuse. I have worked in sales for almost 10 years …I know how this all goes. When I asked to speak to the owner she says they wont be back until Monday…..8/23/21…..I am filing a complainant with the BBB … this is just terrible customer service overall!!!!!!
