They lie and deceive. Gave me an Esperian auto check report instead of a Carfax report. Said it was clean and clear. Found out after the fact that the vehicle was in a severe accident affecting the rear, left side and front of truck. No disclosure. They had to know. No wonder I had issues with it. Upon inquiring and complaining, I was told “too bad” and “tough luck” from head sales person. Wow! Don’t buy here. Go to Reno.
Follow up: I received a message to call the dealer, from the owner. It wasn’t the owner, but rather the manager. He wanted to know my story and told me that he would get back in touch with me within 3 days. Of course, he never did call me back. It’s like they try to pacify you with their words, but their actions tell the true story. Once again, don’t fall for their quick talk and spill and how they talk bad about other dealers. I know the truth and I would urge you NOT to do business with this dealer. Enter at your own risk. They do not tell the truth!
2nd follow up: I left another message with the front desk for general manager Rick to call me. This was over a week ago. I still have not received any follow up phone call. They must not be concerned with dissatisfied customers!
If I could give this negative stars I would! This dealership straight up lied to us about the value of our lease trade in. We drove 40 minutes for them to pull a bait and switch and told us they couldn’t do what they had already agreed to on the phone. We walked out and ended up going to Bill Pearson’s Honda dealership and they honored exactly what this thieving dealership claimed they couldn’t do. Drive the extra half hour to Bill Pearce’s Honda dealership so you don’t have to deal with the crooks at this dealership. Don’t trust them at all, they truly are the epitome of used car salesmen! BUYERS BEWARE!!!
Francisco has great customer service. We told him what we were looking for, what our budget was and he had us out the door in a couple hours. If you go to him you will not be at the dealership all day.
