Arrogant and very arrogant people. The ladies that work there, one is the daughter of the owner are very sarcastic. They’re hard to talk to. I called them on the phone and they’re very sarcastic. They don’t practice courtesy and absolutely no patience answering the phone. Impolite, arrogant and no customers satisfaction. Very bad experience. I had a better experience with another auto salvage yard because their workers are polite and respectful. Very disappointing experience very arrogant people.

I called the week before & they said they had the part i needed but they had to check to make sure. They said they would call me back. I called the next day and they said they still didn’t check. Took them 3 days to even call back but they finally said they had it. So I asked them if they could hold it , they said they couldn’t. So I said alright I’ll be there on Saturday to get it. I call an hour before I was coming to get it, to let them know I was coming to get the part & they said they couldnt pull it until they got payment which is understandable. So I get there and pay and wait for 30 minutes just for them to tell me that they just sold the part to someone else that same day just before I got there. Extremely unprofessional. I’m really upset because I told them several times and even called just before I got there.

Not many yards will let you in to hunt for parts and/or research. I’m a mechanic and I like to pull parts from a vehicle that I can check out for clues about the possible condition of what I’m getting into, and to help me understand how best to do the work.
The staff are reasonable and easy to deal with. Sometimes I go just to see what’s new in the inventory.

Decided to go there after all reading all the positive reviews, must be all from friends and family. They weren’t very attentive or courteous…nor did they seem interested in helping me or needing my business. All these ppl saying how helpful they were must have worked with someone that isn’t there anymore. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Great people and a great place for a used car, truck, minivan and tractor trailer (CABS) they also can help you if you need parts for a car at the salvage yard on whitesville Road MITCHELLS SALVAGE YARD! Check them out for the next used car. Ask if you don’t see what you want they may be able to get it or have it somewhere not on the lot at the time!!
