I followed an employee of there’s from Auto zone because I liked his customer service! However another one of there employees totally brushed me off today. Ask if he could check the codes in my car and told me that my car was different then all the others and he could not read it so I left went to O’Reilly the checked it no problem, asked the guy if it was a different plug he said no and that it’s the same as other common makes. I feel like he just didn’t want to bother. I value good customer service and do not feel like I got it today!
