Well I’ll tell you what folks I went there with much copper they told me one price on the phone and charge me a different price when I got there and I don’t believe the scales are right I kept putting my stuff on the end the scale and the guy kept walking on the scale you’re not supposed to be walking on the scale you’re supposed to put the product in the middle of the scale

Right off the scale I was waiting in a line for over a half hour before getting my scrap unloaded. Everybody seemed to be in their own little world. Then waited another 20 minutes at the desk to get paid. Spending over an hour at this place should never happen..
