I really did not appreciate the way in which he decided to talk to me on the phone. I have not encountered that rude of an experience in a while. I love to give people the benefit of the doubt but I truly feel that he abruptly ended our phone conversation. I asked if he had a specific type of tire and when he confirmed that he did I was wanting a little more elaboration on the condition of said tire. In an extremely impolite tone he replied to my question of, “About how much tread is left on this $20 tire?”, with, “I don’t have time for this s@#*(expletive)”. I felt as though my question was reasonable enough considering that I had not yet seen the tire that seemed incredibly cheap and didn’t know if it was worth my time to drive out of the way for it. When he hung up out of nowhere that was no help to me. I was not able to find another tire of the same size in any local shop around and it was quite the task to finally track it down. I wish I could have given him “0” stars but I was not able to. When I finally did get my tire replaced at a shop I was treated with respect and dignity. Quite a surprise after this encounter.
