They are mismanaging their business. Claim they are backed up 60 orders and it takes one week to get parts. I gave them four days notice. They lost $800 for my order. I couldn’t get 4 modules and two seats… Just pay workers more or run part time shifts.

Good deal on the part, and had it ready on time. This has been my typical experience here.

I called ahead and they had the part I needed so I went and got it. The price was reasonable.

I order in transmission for 2009 ford escape they spend 2weeks for have the part pulled and later bring transmission to my house take the broke one off from my car very disappointed the one buying from this guys no fits my car I back to store they said keep 20% I pay for restocking I don’t return just want the right part terrible this people unfortunately im a man work to survive day to day sad for my someone need file a complaint with this persons
