I’ve used Sturtevant Auto twice now (both times selling an old vehicle), both have been such pleasant experiences I had to share a positive review. Amazingly fast response time, vehicle was picked up and gone within an hour (and I live :30 away). The driver who picked up our vehicle (Henry) was extremely friendly, professional and fast.

Received very poor customer service; rude, did not know correct parts or what parts were in stock. Four trips from IL, I’m out $$$ for gas plus $80 for one wrong part they won’t allow me to return and after three weeks my work truck is still not on the road. Terrible.

Friendly, helpful people. Great prices. I got fantastic replacement parts for my visor and rear wiper blade arm (my broken ones are at the top of the pic). I could spend all day here just looking around.
