I tried to buy a used alternator for my 2011 Town and Country. When I spoke to an individual on the phone they said they the part available and if I came to get it before 5 pm it would be available. My husband got off work early and drove over to the location we arrived at 4:40 pm. The office person said we were unable to get the part today but if we left a deposit we can get the part tomorrow. We left after driving out of our way for a part that we called and confirmed they had. On 7/30 I returned at 2:50 pm after calling about the same part. The gentleman in the office said your “boyfriend” came yesterday but the piece we have isn’t any good. If you leave $20 I can get one here tomorrow. We called 2 days in a row about a piece they could have just said they didn’t have. Seperate issue is the receptionist who was talking rude to a person who was getting a motor put in. The service was completely unprofessional!!!! Avoid this place!!! Horrible service!!!

I brought a used engine on 11/28 /20 and they agree to deliver it to the shop Monday around 3pm I was cool because I deal with them before… but this time they (meaning Victor aka manager ) Monday came and gone. then Tuesday I call all city and they (victor) said around 3 again and they called the shop to let them know they (all city) was come to deliver at 3pm. Wednesday came still no engine so. thursday I had take off of work still no engine the bs excuses the driver got a flat and he did talk with him….they (victor) straight lying to me about and they say what I’m triping for the driver was couple days late again I pay for it would not every go back to all city ever

Sold me a used motor that they said was running and “good”. After consulting my mechanic the motor was not worth putting in as it had problems. All city Harvey refused to exchange the motor. Even after I told them about the issues the motor was showing I was told that they would not offer a exchange or credit. Now I am stuck with a junk motor and still looking for another one. Do not take your business here if you value your time because these people lie and do not stand behind what they are selling.

Their customer service is terrible l, the location is totally unsafe and how they store the car is unsafe as well.
