I ordered a transmission for a Toyota…they sent the wrong one. I was In a pinch at that point and had to have the correct 1. I called and spoke to Pedro, He got right on it. I had to drive there from Tranquillity,which was a long drive….but they got the right one the same day. Pedro was very apologetic and I was very envious of the weather in San Luis..I’ll be doing business with them again soon.

So I had damaged my work truck bed. I needed one ASAP to continue the job. I went down there with the existing bed and they helped me take it off and set the new one on so I can at least strap it on the frame (it was closing time) those employees didn’t complain about it being late, they kept at it untill everything was good. Drove an hour there and back. Great customer service, price is certainly higher but definitely worth it. Awesome selection of auto parts as well.

Needed a transmission pronto. Called everywhere in the county; Pedro at San Luis Auto Salvage found a low mileage transmission for me in WA state. They quoted me a week to ship, but it arrived in just a few days. They organized with the shop to pick up the trans and handled everything for me. Top notch experience. Part is solid and car is on the road ahead of schedule.
