I wish the customer service was better. I feel like they treat customers that walk in poorly.
I would appreciate it if the LKQ U Pull Self Service yard had a Commercial account available. That way maybe they will be more compassionate, understanding, and respectful to customers who walk in-Considering the consistency in the business to business relationship.
I have been in the Automotive business for 15 years in Sales and Service.
LKQ North Peoria U-Pull needs to make some changes with the management and staff at that location.

I told the wonderful Knowledgeable lady behind the counter I did not want the warranty or the core charge added to the cost she said I didn’t have a choice no matter what they charge us for the warranty and the core regardless and they don’t take that off no matter what, doesn’t matter what part it is. Great selection other than that but I don’t understand why I needed a warranty for a piece of plastic or a rubber bushing. it’s very obvious it’s just another way for them to collect money for the parts all in all I’ve been better off just ordering my stuff from Amazon and waiting a few days for delivery….

Has everything you need for your vehicle at a hell of a good price. And I absolutely love the manager Roy he is so helpful and knows his stuff. Ask for Roy if you need something or don’t know exactly what you need.

Nice big yard with plenty of cars. I love that they have an app that notifies you when new cars come in and it tells you where the car is located in the lot. Also if you don’t have the app they have every car in their computer system and can print out a ticket for whatever vehicle you’re looking for.

Poor customer service and only offered me $180 for my car which it was worth way more than that. I would give it a 0 start rating if I can. Wouldn’t recommend going here for anything, even parts.
